Emalee Tate, New Girl’s Soccer Coach


Emalee comes to us from Viewmont High School where she was Soccer Team Captain, Defensive Player of the Year and was selected by Deseret News to be on the 2nd Team in 2003 & 1st Team in 2004. While attending University of Utah, she earned the Mountain West Conference Scholar-Athlete Award from 2005-2009; she was selected to be the Soccer Representative to the Student Athlete Advisory Committee from 2006-2009; Emalee was chosen as the National Goalkeeper of the Year in 2008 by WPSL-Semi-Professional Team, as well as a member of their All American First Team and selected as the Big Sky Conference Goalkeeper of the Year.

Emalee will graduate from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise and Sport Science with a Physiology Emphasis & a Nutrition Minor. While attending the “U”, she was the Soccer Team Captain earned an Athletic Letter from 2005-2009. She was chosen as the Mountain West Conference Player of the Week on two different occasions. She has been a GoalKeeper and Head Coach for Utah Rush/Forza Soccer Club in Bountiful, UT. Welcome Ms. Tate, we are so excited to have you as our new Falcon Women’s Soccer Coach.
